BY-LAW 2001145
Being a By-law to declare Part 1 on Reference Plan 40R-20511 to be
surplus.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington at its meeting of June 25, 2001 approved the
recommendations in Report WD-30-01 respecting the declaration of lands more particularly described as Part
1 on Reference Plan 40R-20511 as being surplus;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as
follows:
1. THAT the lands more particularly described as Part 1 on Reference Plan 40R-20511 are hereby
declared surplus.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 10th day of September 2001.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 10t`day of September 2001.
