THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NO. 2003- 117
being a by-law to authorize a purchase agreement between the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington and 1317946 Ontario Limited
in respect to the purchase of Part of Lot 57, Registrar's Compiled Plan 713
and Part 1, Plan 10R-3080, 1437 Durham Highway 2, Part of Lot 35,
Concession 2, former Township of Darlington
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of
the Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of
the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington, with the Corporate Seal,
a purchase agreement between 1317946 Ontario Limited and said
Corporation.
2. That the map attached hereto shall form part of this By-law.
