BY-LAW NO.: 2014-075
being a by-law to amend municipal street names in the Municipality of
Clarington
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington deems it
expedient to amend certain municipal street names in the Municipality of Clarington;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED as By-law for the Municipality of Clarington, as
follows:
1. Change the name of the portion of Courtice Road south of the future intersection
with Energy Drive to Courtice Shores Drive;
2. The effective date of this By-law is September 9, 2014.
BY-LAW passed in open session this 7th day of July, 2014.
