THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NUMBER 2003-068
being a by-law to authorize a purchase agreement between the Corporation of
the Municipality of Clarington and Stephen Selby, in Trust in respect to the
purchase of Part 1, 40R-21879, 3490 Gibson Road, Part Lot 35, Concession 3,
former Township of Clarke, Municipality of Clarington
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enact as follows:
1, That the Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington, with the Corporate Seal, a purchase
agreement between Stephen Selby, in Trust and the said Corporation.
2. That the map attached hereto shall form part of this By-law.
