THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NUMBER 2003- 067
being a by-law to authorize a purchase agreement between the Corporation of
the Municipality of Clarington and Robert Jack Woolley in respect to the
purchase of 171 Port Darlington Road, part of unsubdivided Lot 9 Smart Plan,
Part 2, 10R-1734, Parts 1 and 2, 10R-1781, former Town of Bowmanville,
Municipality of Clarington
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enact as follows:
1. That the Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington, with the Corporate Seal, a purchase
agreement between Robert Jack Woolley and the said Corporation.
2. That the map attached hereto shall form part of this By-law.
