THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NO. 2002- 208
being a by-law to authorize the transfer, for a nominal cost, of Part 1, 40R-20781,
Part Lot 7, Broken Front Concession, former Township of Darlington, Municipality
of Clarington, from Bowmanville Wood Products to the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington for the purposes of an 8 metre road widening on
Baseline Road
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to accept, on behalf of the Municipality, the
lands identified as Part 1, 40R-20781, Part Lot 7, Broken Front Concession, former
Township of Darlington, Municipality of Clarington, from Bowmanville Wood Products to
the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington for a nominal cost, for the purposes of
an 8 metre road widening on Baseline Road.
