being a by-law to establish, lay out, open and
dedicate as a public highway Parts 14 and 17 on
Reference Plan 10R-3804
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Those parts of Lot 8, Concession 1, (Darlington), Clarington, Regional
Municipality of Durham, designated as Parts 14 and 17 on Reference Plan
10R-3804, are hereby established, laid out, opened and dedicated as a
public highway and assumed for public use.
By-law read a first and second time this 30th day of September, 2002
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 30th day of September, 2002
