BY-LAW 2002-147
being a by-law to amend the proposed
by-law of Council by adopting the schedule
of meetings for the term of Council and
to amend By-law 2000-203
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
passed Resolution #C-484-02 at their meeting held on September 16, 2002.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington enacts as follows:
1. THAT Schedule B of By-law#2000-203 be amended by rescheduling the
Council meeting originally set to be held at 7:00 p.m. on October 15, 2002
to October 7, 2002, following the General Purpose and Administration
Committee meeting.
By-law read a first and second time this 30th day of September, 2002
By-law read a third and finally passed this 30th day of September 2002
