HomeMy WebLinkAbout2002-144 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON BY-LAW 2002-144 Being a By-law to stop up and close as public highway and approve conveyance of Part 4 on Reference Plan 40R-21260. WHEREAS Council at its meeting of May 21, 2002 approved the recommendations in Report EGD-26-02 to stop up and close and authorize conveyance of Part 4 on Plan 40R- 21260; AND WHEREAS Council passed By-law 2002-144 which declared Part 4 on Plan 40R- 21260 to be surplus; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as follows: 1. THAT Part 4, Plan 40R-21260 is hereby stopped up and closed as a public highway and authorized to be conveyed to: Lycett, Max Lamb and Hartwig, Melvin Daniel (as Tenants in Common) BY-LAW read a first and second time this 16th day of September 2002.
