THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NO. 2002-136
Being a By-law to amend By-law#99-90, as amended, a by-law to
regulate and prohibit certain animals or classes thereof within the
limits of the Municipality of Clarington.
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law#99-90, as amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington enacts as follows:
1. THAT Schedule "D" - List of Locations where Licences can be Purchased"
be repealed in its entirety and replaced with a new Schedule "D" attached
hereto and forming part of this by-law.
BY-LAW read a first time this 16th day of September, 2002
BY-LAW read a second time this 16th day of September, 2002
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 16th day of September, 2002
