THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NO. 2002 - 084
Being a by-law to confirm Anthony S. Cannella's appointment as
Director of Engineering Services
WHEREAS at its meeting on December 10,2001 Council passed By-law No. 2001-219
which amended By-law No. 2001-125 by appointing Anthony S. Cannella as Director of
Engineering Services for a probationary period of six months from November 26,2001 in
place of Stephen Vokes;
AND WHEREAS The Chief Administrative Officer is satisfied with Mr. Cannella's
performance during the probationary period, and has recommended to Council the
appointment of Mr. Cannella as Director of Engineering Services.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality ofClarington
enacts as follows:
1. THAT section 1 of By-law No. 2001-125, as amended by By-law No. 2001-219,
is amended by deleting after the reference to Anthony S. Cannella's appointment
as Director of Engineering Services the words and date "for a probationary period
of six months from November 26,2001."
By-law read a first and second time this 2ih day of May, 2002.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this zih day of May, 2002.
