THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY -LAW 2002-073
being a by-law to authorize the execution
of a Transfer of certain lands in Orono to
the Orono United Church
WHEREAS the Municipality is the registered paper title owner of certain lands in
Orono of which the Orono United Church is the beneficial owner;
WHEREAS the Orono United Church has requested the Municipality to transfer
these lands to the Orono United Church for a nominal consideration;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCil OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOllOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Municipal Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a
Transfer of the lands more particularly described as lots 1 and 2, East of
Church Street, Block "M", C.G. Hannings Plan of Orono to the Orono
Congregation of the United Church for a nominal consideration.
By-law read a first and second time this 13th day of May, 2002.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 13th day of May, 2002.
