THAT Report PD -61 -88 be received; and 2. THAT Staff proceed with the necessary notices. BACKGROUND AND COMMENT: During a recent review of the municipal street address mapping, it became evident that there was an error in the numbers assigned along the Clarke /Darlington Townline. In that regard, these addresses, in rural areas, are not part of the mailing address. They are intended solely for the purposes of identifying the property for deliveries and emergency services. Bearing this in mind, we feel it is essential that these numbers be correct since they relate directly to a grid imposed on the municipal road system. ...2 0 . • • / . : : PAGE 2 Accordingly, we feel it is essential that these numbers be corrected before they are further entrenched.
