THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2004-054
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Clarington
Museums and Archives Board and to repeal By-law
2001-003.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons be appointed to the Clarington Museums and
Archives Board for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing
Councilor until a successor is appointed:
Jane Rowe
Jim Vinson
Ward 1
Ward 1
Keith Isnor
Harold St. Croix
Ward 2
Ward 2
Phillip Ford
Tim Oke
Ward 3
Ward 3
David Climenhage
John Witheridge
Ward 4
Ward 4
Susan Laing
Myno VanDyk
Friends of the Museum
Newcastle Village and District
Historical Society
Councillor Pat Pingle
Councillor Gord Robinson
2. THAT By-law 2001-003 is hereby repealed,
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 19th day of February 2004.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 19th day of February 2004.
