THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NO. 2004- 044
Being a By-law to declare Part X on Reference Plan 40R-
xxxxx to be surplus;
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington at its meeting of February 16,
2004 approved the recommendations in Report EGD-07-04 respecting the declarations of
lands more particularly described as Part X on Reference Plan 40R-XXXXX;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby
enacts as follows:
1. THAT the lands more particularly described as Part X on Reference Plan 40R-
XXXXX are hereby declared surplus.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 16th day of February, 2004.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 16th day of February, 2004.
