By-Law 2004 -030
Being a by-law to authorize a purchase
Agreement between the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington and Durga
Persaud and Deokie Persaud, in respect
to the purchase of Part Lot 32,
Concession 1, former Township of Clarke
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of
the Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. THAT the Mayor and Municipal clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on
behalf of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington, with the
Corporate Seal, a purchase agreement between Durga Persaud and
Deokie Persaud and the said Corporation.
By-law read a first and second time this 19th day of January 2004.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 19th day of January 2004,
