BY-LAW 2004-033
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2003-179,
Respecting the annual allowances paid to
The Mayor and Members of Council
WHEREAS on December 1,2003, Council adopted By-law 2003-179 approving
the rates of remuneration for the Mayor and Members of Council;
AND WHEREAS on January 19, 2004, Council passed Resolution #C-038-04
authorizing an amendment to By-law 2003-179:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RENACTED:
1 , THAT By-law 2003-179 be amended by deleting Section 1 and replacing it
with the following:
THAT the rate of remuneration for Members of Council be
approved at the following rates:
Commencing
January 29, 2004
Mayor
Councillors
$64,640
40% of Mayor's rate
2. THAT this by-law shall come into force on the date of passage.
By-law read a first and second time this 19th day of January, 2004
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 19th day of January, 2004
