THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2004- 027
Being a By-law to appoint Members of Council to Various
Boards and Committees in the Municipality of Clarington
and to repeal By-law 2001-024.
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to appoint Members of Council to Various Boards and
Committees;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following appointments be made:
Councillor Pat Ping Ie
Tyrone Hall Board
Councillor Adrian Foster
Solina Hall Board
Councillor Charlie Trim
Councillor Gord Robinson -
Newcastle Community Hall Board
Newcastle Community Hall Board
Councillor Gord Robinson -

2. THAT By-law 2001-024 is hereby repealed,
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 19th day of January 2004.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 19th day of January 2004.
