THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2004- 024
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Samuel
Wilmot Nature Area Management Advisory Committee
for the Municipality of Clarington and to repeal By-law
2001-015.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington established a Samuel Wilmot
Nature Area Management Advisory Committee through the adoption of Report PD-064-98
on June 15, 1998;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1 , THAT the following persons be appointed to the Samuel Wilmot Nature
Area Management Advisory Committee for a term concurrent with the
term of the appointing Councilor until a successor is appointed:
David Best
Lorraine Bird
Arthur A. Burrows
Jim Cleland
Allan Hewitt
IIse Kreimes
Duncan Scott McCann
M. Cathrine McKeever
Joe McKenna
Karin Murphy
Leanne Sobol
Councillor Don MacArthur
2. THAT By-law 2001-015 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 19th day of January 2004.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 19th day of January 2004,
