THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2004- 023
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Property
Standards Committee for the Municipality of Clarington
and to repeal By-law 2001-014.
WHEREAS Section 31 (11) of the Planning Act RS.O., 1990, provides for the
establishment of a Property Standards Committee composed of such persons, not fewer
tha n th ree;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons be appointed to the Property Standards
Committee for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing Councilor
until a successor is appointed:
Douglas Browning
Jack Julicher
Dana Kerr
Andre O'Bumsawin
Peter Reynolds
2, THAT the remuneration be set in accordance with the budget allocations
approved by Council for this purpose.
3. THAT By-law 2001-014 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 19th day of January 2004.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 19th day of January 2004.
