THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2004-022
Being a By-law to appoint Poundkeepers for the
Municipality of Clarington and to repeal By-law 2001-013,
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons be appointed as Poundkeepers in the
Municipality of Clarington for a term concurrent with the term of the
appointing Councilor until a successor is appointed:
James E. Coombes
John Scanlan
2. THAT By-law 2001-013 is hereby repealed,
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 19th day of January 2004.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 19th day of January 2004.
