THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2004- 020
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Newcastle
Arena Board and to repeal By-law 2001-011.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington deems it expedient to appoint
members to the Newcastle Arena Board;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons be appointed to the Newcastle Arena Board
for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing Councilor until a
successor is appointed:
Lawrence Burke
Earl T. Foster
Gord Lee
Carol Little
Byron Reader
Donald Michael Rogers
Herman Valckx
Councillor Gord Robinson
2. THAT By-law 2001-011 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 19th day of January 2004.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 19th day of January 2004.
