THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY -LAW 2004- 017
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Game
Commission for the Municipality of Clarington and to
repeal By-law 2001-008.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons are hereby appointed as Members of the
Game Commission for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing
Councilor until a successor is appointed:
Tim Boucher
Debbie Dilling
2. THAT By-law 2001-008 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 19th day of January 2004.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 19th day of January 2004.
