RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration
Committee recommend to Council the following:
1. THAT Report PD-39-88 be received; and
2. THAT rezoning applications DEV 88-5 TO DEV 88-16 (all inclusive) be received
and referred back to Staff for processing and a subsequent report and Public
Meeting.
BACKGROUND:
The Planning Department has received applications for rezoning for the properties
and purposes noted on the attachments hereto.
The applications have been circulated to various agencies for comment.
It is recommended that the applications be received for information and referred to
Staff for subsequent reports. At such time as the necessary circulation has been

completed, Staff shall schedule the applications for a public meeting of the
General Purpose and Administration Committee pursuant to the requirements of the
