THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2004- 014
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Clarington
Traffic Management Advisory Committee for the
Municipality of Clarington and to repeal By-law 2001-004.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington established a Clarington Traffic
Management Advisory Committee through the adoption of Report WD-48-99 on
December 13, 1999;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons be appointed to the Clarington Traffic
Management Advisory Committee for a term concurrent with the term of
the appointing Councilor until a successor is appointed:
Glenda Baker
Ross Libbey
Dirk Zinner
Ward 1
Ward 1

Andrew Kozak
Glenn Wallis
Teresa Williams

2. THAT By-law 2001-004 is hereby repealed.
BY -LAW read a first and second time this 19th day of January 2004.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 19th day of January 2004.
