THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2004- 013
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Clarington
Agricultural Advisory Committee for the Municipality of
Clarington and to repeal By-law 2001-074.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington established a Clarington
Agricultural Advisory Committee through the adoption of Report CD-21-01 on
April 17, 2001;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons be appointed to the Clarington Agricultural
Advisory Committee for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing
Councilor until a successor is appointed:
Neil Allin (Durham Federation of Agriculture)
Tom Barrie
Eric Bowman
Gerald Brown
Dave Davidson
William Hasiuk
Gary Jeffery
Jennifer Knox
Brenda Metcalf
John Vaneyk
Ted Watson
Councillor Gord Robinson
2. THAT By-law 2001-074 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 19th day of January 2004.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 19th day of January 2004.
