THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2004- 011
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Abandoned
Cemeteries Board for the Municipality of Clarington and
to repeal By-law 2001-001.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington established an Abandoned
Cemeteries Board through the adoption of Report CD-12-94 on March 28, 1994;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1 . THAT the following persons be appointed to the Abandoned Cemeteries
Board for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing Councilor until
a successor is appointed:
Gordon Barrie
John Bate
Nancy Healer
Blair Smyth
Paul Vaneyk
Councillor Adrian Foster
2. THAT By-law 2001-001 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 19th day of January 2004.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 19th day of January 2004.
