CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NUMBER 2004- 004
being a By-law to authorize an agreement between the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington and ESRI Canada for the purposes of the GeoSmart
programme software and training purchase to facilitate the further development
of the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and web-base applications.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized, on behalf of the Corporation of
the Municipality of Clarington and seal with the corporation seal, an agreement
between ESRI Canada and the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington.
