THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NO. 2003-_195
being a by-law to authorize an agreement between the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington and IPlanCorp for the purposes of the GeoSmart
programme implementation to facilitate the further development of the
Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and web-base applications
NOW TH EREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized, on behalf of the Corporation of
the Municipality of Clarington and seal with the Corporation seal, an agreement
between IPlanCorp and the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington.
