BY-LAW NO. 2003- 170
being a by-law to authorize the execution of a quit claim transfer of
certain land in Orono to Shawn Owen Campbell and Sandra Marie
Campbell
WHEREAS at it meeting on October 20, 2003, Council approved Report #EGD-
42-03 and authorized the Mayor and the Municipal Clerk on behalf of the
Municipality of Clarington to execute a quit claim transfer of any interest the
Municipality may have in certain lands on the west side of Church Street in
Orono which are shown as Part 1 on Reference Plan 10R-345,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of The Corporation of
the Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. That the Mayor and the Municipal Clerk on behalf of the Municipality of
Clarington are hereby authorized to execute a quit claim transfer of the
lands and premises more particularly described as Part 1 on Reference
Plan 1 OR-345 to Shawn Owen Campbell and Sandra Marie Campbell.
BY-LAW read a first time this 20th day of October, 2003
BY-LAW read a second time this 20th day of October, 2003
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 20th day of October, 2003.
