THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2003- 168
being a by-law to authorize the conveyance of Part 2
on Plan 40R-22273 to Jacqueline and Everett Lake
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington at its meeting of
September 8, 2003 approved the recommendations in Report EGD-30-03;
AND WHEREAS Council at its meeting of October 20,2003 passed By-Law
2003-XX and declared the portion of John Street, more particularly described as
Part 2 on Plan 40R-22273 to be surplus;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington hereby enacts as follows:
1 . THAT the sale and transfer to Jacqueline and Everett Lake of Part 2 on
Plan 40R-22273 is approved.
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are authorized on behalf of the Municipality to
execute the transfer
By-law read a first and second time this 20th day of October 2003
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 20th day of October 2003
