CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NUMBER 2003- 173
being a By-law to repeal Interim Control By-law 2003-01, as amended applicable
to the Bowmanville King Street East Corridor
WHEREAS at its meeting on October 20, 2003, Council approved Report #PSD-133-03, and
adopted AmendmenlNo 36 to the Clarington Official Plan and passed Zoning By-law 2003~53;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. Interim Control By-law 2003-01, as amended, is hereby repealed.
