THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2001-011
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Newcastle Arena Board and to
repeal By-laws 98-12 and 99-157.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington deems it expedient to appoint
members to the Newcastle Arena Board.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons be appointed to the Newcastle
Arena Board for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing
Council or until a successor is appointed:
Lawrence Burke
Earl T. Foster
Gord Lee
Carol Little
Donald Michael Rogers
Herman Valckx
Gilbert Wood
Councillor Don MacArthur
2. THAT By-laws 98-12 and 99-157 are hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 15"' day of January, 2001.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 15' day of January, 2001.
