BY-LAW NO. 2002- 120
being a by-law to approve the exercise of an Option to Purchase of Part 1
on Plan 40R-13921 by the Municipality of Clarington
WHEREAS at is meeting on June 24, 2002 Council approved the recommendations
contained in Report #PSD-074-02 entitled "Option to purchase Future Detention Pond
Site from Macourtice Developments Inc.";
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
enacts as follows:
1. THAT The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby approves the
exercise of the Option to Purchase Part 1 on Plan 40R-13921 from Macourtice
Developments Inc. in accordance with paragraph 2.16 of the Subdivision
Agreement between the Municipality, Macourtice Developments Inc. and Canada
Trustco Mortgage Company dated September 3, 1991 and registered in the Land
Registry Office as Instrument No. NL34844.
By-law read a first time this 24~" day of June 2002
By-law read a second time this 24~h day of June 2002
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 24"' day of June 2002
