BY-LAW 2002- 116
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Clarington Traffic Management
Committee for the Municipality of Clarington.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington established a Clarington Traffic
Management Committee through the adoption of Report WD-48-99 on
December 13, 1999;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons be appointed to the Clarington Traffic
Management Committee for a term concurrent with the term of the
appointing Council or until a successor is appointed:
Steve McAllister - Ward 1
Andrew Kozac - Ward 2
Councillor Charlie Trim
By-law read a first and second time this 24th day of June, 2002.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 24th day of June, 2002.
