BY-LAW 2002- 114
Being a by-law to amend By-law 95-55,
a by-law to govern the proceedings of the
Council of the Municipality of Clarington,
any of its Committees, the conduct of its
Members, and the calling of meetings
WHEREAS at their meeting held on June 24, 2002, Council adopted the
recommendations contained in the Addendum to Report CLD-017-01;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT By-law 95-55, being a by-law to govern
the proceedings of the Council of the Municipality of Clarington, any of its
Committees, the conduct of its Members, and the calling of meetings, be
amended as follows:
1. THAT Section 17.4 be amended by adding the following thereto:
"If an individual has missed the Wednesday noon deadline to register a
delegation, the delegation will be added to the agenda at the commence-
ment of the meeting, provided the delegate has registered with the
Municipal Clerk's Department by 5:00 p.m. the Friday prior to the
meeting."
2. THAT Section 21.5 be deleted.
By-law read a first and second time this 24th day of June 2002.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 24th day of June 2002.
