BY-LAW NUMBER 2002-093
being a by-law to authorize the purchase agreement between the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington and Jeffrey Charles Kelso in respect to the purchase of a
portion of 1895 Cobbledick Road, Part Lot 32, Concession 1, former Township of
Clarke, Municipality of Clarington
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and the Clerk be hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the
Municipality of Clarington, with the Corporate Seal, purchase agreement between
Jeffrey Charles Kelso and said Corporation.
BY-LAW read a first time this 10th day of June 2002
BY-LAW read a second time this 10th day of June 2002
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 10th day of June 2002
