' THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON BY -LAW 2002- 060 Being a By-law to accept certain streets within the Municipality of Clarington and certain lands to assume them as public highways in the Municipality of Clarington. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as follows: 1. THAT the Parts shown on Plan 40R-18124, and listed below and listed in this section, being in the Municipality of Clarington, in the Regional Municipality of Durham, are hereby accepted by the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington as public highway, and assumed by the said Corporation for public use: Part of Lot 31, Concession 2, formerly in the Township of Darlington, designated as Part 5 on Plan 40R-18124, in the Municipality of Clarington, within the Regional Municipality of Durham and Block 52 on Plan 40M-1709, designated as Part 6 on Plan 40R-18124, in the Municipality of Clarington, within the Regional Municipality of Durham BY-LAW read a first and second time this 29th day of April 2002.
