being a by-law to authorize an Easement Agreement between the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington and 749328 Ontario Ltd. , In Trust, in respect to granting an
easement over Block 76, 18T -93008, Part lots 11 and 12, Concession 1, former Town
of Bowmanville, for the purposes of conducting erosion control works
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ClARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOllOWS:
1. That the Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the
Municipality of Clarington, with the corporate seal, an Easement Agreement between
749328 Ontario Ltd., In Trust, and the Municipality.
