BY-LAW 2014-002
being a By-law to assume and dedicate
certain lands throughout the Municipality of Clarington
as public highways
WHEREAS the lands and premises set out in the attached Schedule "A" and "B" have
been conveyed to The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington for road widening
purposes.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
enacts the following:
1. That the land shown in Schedule "A" are hereby dedicated and assumed as
public highways.
2. That the land shown in Schedule "B" are hereby dedicated as public highways.
