OF DARLINGTON OUR FILE: DEV 86-8 RECOMMENDATIONS: It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee recommend to Council the following: I. THAT Report PD-48-86 be received; and 2. THAT the application submitted by Ms. Leonora Nicholls, to rezone a parcel of land located in Part Lot 25, Concession 1, former Township of Darlington to permit the development of a Group Horne be received and referred to Staff for processing and a subsequent report and public meeting. BACKGROUND AND COMMENT: On February 6, 1986, the Planning Department received an application for rezoning from Ms. L. Nicholls to permit the development of a Group Home. The application has been circulated, in accordance with departmental procedure, to various agencies and Town departments for their comment.
