SUBJECT: DRAFT PLAN OF SUBDIVISION 18T-77001
SCHLEISS AND HOLLAND
PART LOT 34, CONCESSION 3, DARLINGTON
RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee
recommend to Council the following:
1. THAT Report PD-36-86 be received; and
2. THAT the proposed redline revisions requested by Proctor and Redfern by letter of
January 22, 1986, on behalf of Schleiss and Holland, be approved and the Ministry
of Municipal Affairs and Housing and the Regional Municipality of Durham be so
advised.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:
On January 21, 1986 Staff met with representatives of Mssrs. Schleiss and Holland with
respect to the proposed revisions to the referenced draft plan of subdivision. The
proposed revisions resulted from a review of the plan of subdivision in conjunction with
the approved zoning for this area.
As a result of this review and adjustment to a number of the proposed lot lines, an
additional three (3) lots could be created and still comply with the requirements of the

Committee' s information.
Staff have no objection to the proposed revision which is consistent with
the intent of the Official Plan and the Town' s Zoning By-law and therefore,
recommend that the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing and the
Regional Municipality of Durham be so advised.
