Res. # By-Law # MEETING: General Purpose and Administration Committee DATE: January 6, 1986 REPORT #: PD-12-86 FILE #: DEV 85-45 S&JECT: REZONING APPLICATION - VESA LINOVIC PART LOT 31, CONCESSION 4, CLARKE OUR FILE: DEV 85-45 RECOMMENDATIONS: It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee recommend to Council the following: 1. THAT Report PO-12-86 be received; and 2. THAT the application submitted by John McKay, agent, on behalf of Elke Veselinovic, to rezone a parcel of land being Part of Lot 31, Concession 4, Clarke to permit the development of an additional lot, be received and referred to Staff for processing and a subsequent report and public hearing. BACKGROUND AND COMMENT: On December 10, 1985 the Planning Department received an application submitted by Mr. John McKay, agent, on behalf of Elke Veselinovic, to rezone a parcel of land located in * Part of Lot 31, Concession 4, former Township of Clarke (see attached). The submission of the rezoning application is to permit the development of an additional residential lot. The application has been circulated to various agencies and Town departments for their * comments (see attached). .. .2 REPORT NO. : PD-12-86 Page 2 It is recommended that the application be received for information and referred back to Staff for a subsequent report.
