THAT Report PD-6-86 be received; and 2. THAT Zoning By-law 122-85 of the City of Oshawa be received and filed. BACKGROUND AND COMMENT: Zoning By-law 122-85 of the City of Oshawa was forwarded to the Planning Department on December 3, 1985. The subject By-law would permit the implementation of a Plan of Subdivision 18T-82008 which consists of twenty-one (21) residential lots for single family dwellings and to preserve lands south and west of the said subdivision plan for open space purposes. The said subdivision plan is located west of Townline Road South and south of Olive Avenue within the City of Oshawa. Staff have reviewed the subject by-law and it would appear to have no detrimental effect on the Town of Newcastle. Therefore, no further action on this by-law is required. The . . .2 REPORT NO. : PD-6-86 Page 2 last day for filing objections to the Ontario Municipal Board was December 20, 1985. A copy of the By-law is available for review at the Planning Department offices in Hampton. Respectfull i , T.T. Edwards, M.C.I .P. Director of Planning PBN*TTE*jip December 9, 1985
