THAT Report PD-4-86 be received; and 2. THAT the application submitted by The Proctor and Redfern Group on behalf of Schleiss and Holland to permit the development of ten (10) single family lots, being a portion of the applicant's property, be received and referred to Staff for processing and a subsequent report and public hearing. BACKGROUND AND COMMENT: On December 3, 1985 the Planning Department received an application submitted by Mr. G. Easton of Proctor and Redfern Group, on behalf of Walter Schleiss and Raymond D. Holland to permit the development of ten (10) single family lots, being a portion of the applicant' s property (18T-77001) , located in Part of Lot 34, Concession 3, in the former Township of Darlington. The application has been circulated to various agencies and Town Departments for their * comments, and attached is a copy of the circulation letter and key plan for Council 's information. . ..2 REPORT NO. : PD-4-86 Page 2 Staff would note for the Committee's information that the Town has responded recently to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs & Housing with respect to the amending draft approval to include the ten ( 10) lots - (General Purpose and Administration Meeting of October 7, 1985, Council Meeting of October 14, 1985) . It is recommended that the application be received for information and referred back to Staff for a subsequent report. At such time as the necessary circulation has been completed, Staff will schedule this application for a public meeting of the General Purpose and Administration Committee pursuant to the requirements of the Planning Act.
