BY-LAW NO. 2001-139
being a by-law to authorize the conveyance
of Parts 5, 6 and 7 on Plan 40R-XXXX,
to Dean Avery, in Trust and to repeal By-law
2001-056
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington at its meeting of April 2, 2001,
passed By-law 2001-XXX and declared the portion of John Street, more particularly
described as Parts 5, 6 and 7 on Plan 40R-XXXX to be surplus;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington at its
meeting of April 2, 2001, approved the recommendations in Report WD-08-01;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
hereby enacts as follows:
1. THAT the sale and transfer to Dean Avery, in Trust, of Parts 5, 6 and 7, Plan
40R-XXXX is approved.
2. THAT the Mayor and Municipal Clerk are authorized on behalf of the Municipality
to execute the transfer.
3. THAT By-law 2001-056 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 25th day of June 2001.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 25th day of June 2001.
