BY-LAW NO. 2001-138
being a by-law to stop up and close as a public
highway Parts 5, 6 and 7 on Plan 40R-XXXX,
John Street and to repeal By-law 2001-055
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington at its meeting of April 2, 2001,
approved the recommendations in Report WD-08-011
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
hereby enacts as follows:
1. THAT Parts 5, 6 and 7, Plan 40R-XXXX are hereby stopped up and closed as a
public highway.
2. THAT By-law 2001-055 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 25th day of June 2001.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 25th day of June 2001.
