BY-LAW 2001- 136
Being a By-law to authorize the execution of a Licence Agreement between
the Municipality and the Ontario Independent Crematoriums Ltd.
respecting portions of a building to be constructed at 1200 Haines Street,
Bowmanville,as recommended in Report TR 34-01.
The Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as follows:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk on behalf of the Municipality are hereby authorized to execute a
Licence Agreement between the Municipality and Ontario Independent Crematoriums Ltd. to
licence the Municipality's use of portions of a building to be constructed on the lands more
particularly described as Part 1,Plan 40R-19752.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 250'day of June 2001.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 2P day of June 2001.
