BY-LAW 2013-088
Being a by-law to amend By-law 91-58
and to regulate the parking of vehicles within
the Municipality of Clarington and to
repeal By-law 2013-083
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
deems it appropriate to further amend By-law 91-58;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington enacts as follows:
1.0 THAT By-law 91-58 be amended to add to the following;
Section 4(6)0)
Q) (i) on or over any boulevard;
(ii) Notwithstanding the above, parking on the paved portion of
the driveway apron is permitted provided that the vehicle
does not encroach on the sidewalk, or the travelled portion
of the roadway.
2.0 THAT By-law 2013-083 is hereby repealed.
