THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NUMBER 2001- 123
being a By-law to authorize a purchase agreement between the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington and Teresa Greenslade in respect to the purchase of 67 East
Beach Road,Lots 3 and 4, Block A, Smart Estate Plan,Part Lot 9, Broken Front
Concession, former Town of Bowmanville,now the Municipality of Clarington
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and the Clerk be hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington, with the corporate Seal, a purchase
agreement between the Corporation and Teresa Greenslade.
2. THAT the map attached hereto shall form part of the By-law.

BY-LAW read a first time this 250' day of June 2001
BIT-LAW read a second time this 25' day of June 2001
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 25' day of June 2001
